Acknowledgment: By booking a reservation for the Lotus Surf Demo Day, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a paid, non-refundable spot for a 20-minute open-water surfboard demo.
Reservations are transferable to another participant with prior notice, and any name changes can be requested by emailing info@lotus.design. The event is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older who affirm that they are physically able to participate safely in a surfboard demo in open water.
Location details will be shared once funding is secured, and in the event that weather or water conditions are deemed unsafe, the demo will be rescheduled and all participants notified of the new date.
All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to entering the water. By registering, you understand that surfing and open-water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, accident, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Lotus Surf, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any liability connected to your participation. Participants are solely responsible for their belongings, as Lotus Surf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Food and water will not be provided, so please plan to bring your own, and transportation to and from the event site is also the responsibility of each participant.
